Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack the bike or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, chargers, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Brisbane Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized courier point or schedule a professional pickup for larger e-bike frames.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
